This large painting was inspired by a visit to the Orkney Isles in May 2017, a family day out and picnic to the Brough of Birsay a local landmark on a lovely sunny may day.We were there on a family holiday with my Grandaughter and we were lucky to enjoy mostly fine sunny weather.
